Blair Lancaster began her modeling agency and school in 1974 after completing her reign as Miss Canada 1974. Blair started the school because she wanted to help teenagers develop self confidence and self esteem. The school quickly became a huge success and today thousands of students have completed her programs.

Blair believes that becoming a successful model is a difficult task and that anyone taking her courses should look at all the benefits of her programs and should consider success as a model as a bonus.

Her courses focus on developing confidence, self esteem, presentational skills and personality development and are appropriate for anyone wishing to develop skills to help them further any type of career.
