Relaxation/Swedish Massage- relaxation massage is a hands on technique that soothes and relaxes individual muscles relieving tension from affected areas. Remember massage is like a workout and sometimes your muscles will feel as though you’ve just had vigorous exercise. Hot Stone Therapy - Hot Stone Therapy combines hands on massage with smoothly polished heated rocks for the ultimate in relaxation. After your muscles are massaged with the hot rocks they are placed at various chakra points to help open your energy centers. This treatment promotes deep relaxation.1hr treatments available

Reiki/Therapeutic Touch - Reiki or Therapeutic Touch are considered to be an energy balancing treatment, in which the therapist will work on unblocking blocked energy points that are the source of body pain or illness. This treatment is non invasive and is done with the client fully clothed. This treatment is often used on cancer patients or anyone suffering from illness. 1hr treatments available

Aromatherapy - Aromatherapy is a light touch massage focusing on the lymphatic system under the surface of the skin, combined with select aromatherapy oils. Reflexology - Reflexology is a pressure point massage done on the feet in order to release blocked nerve endings which may be causing pain or discomfort. The nerve endings in your feet are related to every muscle, organ and bones of your body, by releasing the blocked nerve endings, pain and discomfort may be dramatically reduced or disappear. The Awakening - The Awakening Healing Treatment is a combination of Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Massage and Spiritual Healing. When combined, these techniques are used to promote emotional release, in turn helping you to get rid of old thoughts, negative ideas and endured pain. We believe that most health problems and body pain stem from stress and negative emotions stored in our body causing painful blockages.
